How to change shipping address?

Before place an order

You can add new shipping address and place order with it. 

Before ship out the order
Please contact the seller in time to update correct shipping address. The seller can arrange shipment to the correct one.

Or you can cancel the order and place a new one. Your payment will be fully refunded within 3-20 days after getting seller’s approval.

After ship out the order
After seller ships the parcel, shipping address could not be changed any more. Hope you kindly understand this. Usually, shipping companies will call the contact number on the parcel if it is failed to be delivered.

What are supported shipping methods ?

Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express etc.

How do I manage my shipping address(es)?

Step 1. Sign into your account and visit My Orders or open Shipping Address page;
Step 2. Add/Edit/Delete your addresses
Step 3. “Save” the modification.

How do I make payment?

Step 1. Find a product -Select size, color & quantity etc.- Click “Buy Now”;

Step 2. Provide shipping address;

Step 3. Select a method for payment-enter the payment information, card info. for instance- Click “Confirm”;

Step 4. Apply coupon if any-Click “Place Order”.

Why is certain payment method not available?

Possible reasons:

1.Country does not support. What payment methods are available mostly depends on the country in the shipping address. Some methods might not be available to buyers from a certain country.

2.Order amount does not meet the requirement. For instance, payment less than 20 USD cannot be made through Wire Transfer and Western Union.

What are the available methods for payment?

What's Free Return Service?

How can I get a refund if my credit card is no longer valid or has expired?

For security reason, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.

If your original card has expired or is not valid anymore, you may contact the card issuer(your bank or card company) for assistance, for they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.

When will I get my refund?

Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as TITAN MUSK knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.

Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by TITAN MUSK.
